Park and Wait

I wish that those people picking up their friends and family at the airport would not park in the place where they should pick up their friends and family. The park and wait lot is designed for waiting, not the pick up spot. It is a pet peeve of mine. I think I will write to the Salt Lake City airport to give people a ticket for being at the pick-up spot for more than one minute. I imagine most people have cell phones by now. Therefore they should be in the park and wait until the friends or family have their luggage. This way, they will not be on my nerves.
