Last night, I dreamed that a dog bit my right butt cheek. I immediately woke up with a sore right butt cheek. It was difficult to go back to sleep because it hurt. It is almost 2 in the afternoon now and the aforementioned butt cheek is still sore.
Does anybody have a plausible explanation for this phenomenon? (Besides the explanation that I don't like dogs too much and now they are out to get me)

You were probably laying on it wrong, or clenching it. It was already hurting so your mind made up a story to go with the pain.
That or the ghost dog is at it again.
